Job Title: Senior Accounts Manager / Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager/Executive with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial management, accounting principles, Tally software, GST, e-invoicing, TDS, and reconciliation processes, along with excellent leadership skills to oversee the accounting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger management.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, and e-invoice regulations.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Coordinate and liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.
Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of company funds.
Supervise and guide the accounts team,



providing training and performance feedback.
Implement and maintain financial controls and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Handle tax planning, compliance, and filing of GST returns, TDS, and related statutory submissions.
Stay updated on changes in financial regulations, GST laws, and accounting standards.
Utilize Tally ERP effectively for accounting and reporting purposes.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
Minimum 10 years of rich experience in a senior accounting role.
Robust knowledge and hands-on experience with Tally ERP software.
In-depth understanding of GST, e-invoice, TDS, reconciliation, and other statutory compliance.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
