Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the overall QA function across multiple projects and releases.
Define and enforce testing processes, standards, and quality gates.
Manage SIT, UAT, Regression Testing, Defect Management, and Release Sign-offs.
Lead internal and vendor testing teams.
Establish QA metrics, dashboards, and quality reporting.
Drive test automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Business, IT, PMO, and external partners to ensure successful delivery.

Required Experience
7+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance.
Minimum 3+ years of experience managing QA teams or testing functions.
Experience in Insurance, BFSI, or Financial Services.

Required Skills
Test Strategy and QA Governance.
Functional, Integration, Regression, and UAT Testing.
API Testing and Digital Integration Testing.
Defect and Release Management.




Jira / Azure DevOps / Test Management Tools.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management.
Agile Delivery Methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
Exposure to global QA frameworks, testing standards, and best practices.
Experience in Test Automation and Quality Engineering practices.

Key Success Measures
Improved release quality and reduced production defects.
Effective QA governance across the project portfolio.
Timely testing sign-offs and successful releases.
