WE ARE HIRING – SALES MANAGER (RETAIL FURNITURE INDUSTRY)

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the showroom sales team.
Drive sales targets and achieve monthly revenue goals.
Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and deal closures.
Develop sales strategies to increase showroom revenue.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and showroom presentation.
Coordinate with inventory, procurement and operations teams.
Identify current business opportunities and improve sales conversions.

Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail sales management.
Experience in the furniture / home furnishing industry is preferred.




Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
Positive understanding of sales targets, KPIs and showroom operations.
Ability to drive team performance and business growth.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
