Role & responsibilities
Perform end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close,

Sox control testing, and financial reporting.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of close activities in line with established SLAs and control requirements.
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open items promptly.
Manage stakeholder and client interactions professionally, providing timely updates and issue resolution.
Identify process improvement prospects and drive automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline accounting processes and strengthen controls.
Support audits, compliance requirements, and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications




3 to 4 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) processes.
Hands-on experience with SAP ECC or SAP .
Strong understanding of accounting principles and month-end close activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Continuous Improvement (CI) and automation mindset with a focus on process optimization.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in shared services/BPO setting.
Commerce graduate B com, MBA in Finance.
S4Hanna end user training and certification.
