Take complete ownership of the end-to-end rental business of Mech On Site Pvt. Ltd.
Develop and execute business strategies to expand the machinery rental vertical.
Drive customer acquisition, identify current business prospects, and onboard key clients.
Build and maintain robust relationships with machinery owners, rental vendors, contractors, infrastructure companies, and customers.
Lead end-to-end rental operations, including machinery sourcing, negotiations, contracts, deployment, utilisation, and return.
Negotiate commercial terms, rental rates, service agreements, and long-term contracts.
Identify and onboard current machinery vendors to strengthen the company's rental network.
Ensure timely equipment availability and deployment as per customer and project requirements. •
