Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The role focuses on demandsupply alignment, S&OP; processes, and integration with ERP/S4 systems.

Key Responsibilities
Lead IBP S&OP; design, implementation, and optimization.
Conduct workshops with stakeholders for demand & supply planning.
Configure/customize SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, operators.
Align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
Define KPIs, dashboards, and scenario simulations.
Coordinate ERP/S4 integration, validate master data & planning results.
Mentor junior consultants, lead SIT/UAT, support golive & hypercare.
Identify optimization prospects and implement enhancements.

Requirements
8+ years of SAP IBP consulting experience.
Solid knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization.
Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and integration tools (CPI DS, SDI, RTI or equivalent).
Experience with SAP HANA & SAP Analytics Cloud.
Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
