Role & Responsibilities
Operate and manage the RMC Plant.
Handle concrete batching and mixing operations.
Monitor daily production and plant performance.
Maintain production records.
Ensure proper machine operation and safety.
Coordinate with supervisors and site staff.
Preferred Candidate Profile
25 years of experience in RMC Plant Operation.
Knowledge of batching plant and concrete production.
Basic computer knowledge.
ITI / Diploma preferred.
Ability to handle plant operations independently.
