We are looking for a polite, energetic and hardworking Bellboy / Room Attendant to assist hotel guests and provide excellent hospitality services. The candidate should ensure guest comfort, maintain cleanliness and support smooth hotel operations.

Key Responsibilities

Bellboy Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
Escort guests to their respective rooms.
Explain room facilities and hotel services to guests.
Deliver guest luggage, parcels and messages to rooms.
Assist guests with transportation and other basic requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the luggage area.

Room Attendant Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms and bathrooms.
Change bed linen, towels and replenish guest amenities.
Ensure rooms are clean, hygienic and well-maintained.
Report maintenance issues and damaged items.




Respond promptly to guest requests.
Follow hotel housekeeping standards and procedures.

Skills & Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Polite, well-groomed and guest-friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of hotel operations.
Ability to work in shifts.
Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
