Role & responsibilities-

Product Design & Innovation
Develop current insurance products tailored to bank customer segments (e.g., savingslinked products, bundled covers, creditlinked policies).
Modify existing products based on partner feedback, market trends, and profitability studies.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and gap analysis.

Product Design & Innovation
Work closely with Banc assurance partner teams to understand customer needs and branch workflows.
Co-create product features, pricing, and value propositions.
Train bank teams on recent product launches

Go-to-Market Execution
Prepare launch kits, sales decks, training materials.
Work with marketing for visual communication and product campaigns.
Monitor early performance and resolve operational issues





Pricing & Actuarial Coordination
Partner with actuarial and underwriting teams for pricing models.
Assess product profitability, loss ratios, expected claims experience
Monitor performance KPIs- conversion rates, persistency, claim ratios, channel mix.
Identify prospects for product enhancements or withdrawal.

Preferred candidate profile
Knowledge of bancassurance workflows and customer journey, analytical and product pricing understanding and familiarity with IRDAI guidelines
Ensure product filings meet IRDAI guidelines
Experience in Insurance industry
