Mankind Pharma is hiring Regional Business Managers (Second Line Managers) for its Gynaecology segment across the HQs listed above.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Area Business Managers (FLMs) and their MRs across the region.
Own the region's sales targets, business plan and budget.
Develop FLMs through coaching, joint field work and performance reviews, and hire and retain talent.
Drive engagement with key gynaecologists and opinion leaders, CMEs and recent launches.
Track the market, competition and stockist health across the region.
Make sure the team follows CRM reporting and company policies.

Requirements:
Graduate (B.Sc / B.Pharma preferred); MBA is a plus
58 years in pharma field sales, with proven experience managing a team as an FLM
Gynae / women's health experience preferred
Robust leadership, planning and communication skills
Based in or near the applied HQ and willing to travel across the region Apply directly on this posting.
