Role & responsibilities
Payment Follow-up & Credit Control: Ensure timely collection from B2B, SAMT and GT customers.
Cash & Credit Settlement Control: Monitor settlements and ensure accurate accounting and clearance.
AR MIS Review: Review outstanding balances and collection performance with Regional and HO teams.
Inventory Audit: Conduct stock audits at DCs and vans to ensure inventory accuracy.
Invoice & Statement Submission: Ensure timely submission of invoices and customer statements.
SOA Reconciliation & Sign-off: Resolve reconciliation issues and obtain customer sign-offs.
Team Management: Manage and monitor a team of 9 members and ensure timely task completion.
DC-3 Visits Karnataka: Visit 3 DCs on alternate days to review operations and process compliance.
Data Management & Tracking:



Maintain accurate records and track pending activities.
Month-End & Year-End Activities: Coordinate stock verification, reconciliations and financial closure.
SOP Review & Audit: Ensure SOP adherence and conduct regular process audits.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with Malayalam-speaking proficiency.
