Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regulatory strategies supporting business growth, innovation, and portfolio expansion.
Lead regulatory approvals, market access, compliance, and product stewardship activities.
Provide strategic guidance on regulatory, compliance, labeling, claims, and product safety matters.
Anticipate regulatory changes and drive risk assessment and mitigation plans.
Ensure compliance of products, ingredients, marketing materials, and business practices.
Build and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and industry associations.
Lead regulatory advocacy initiatives and represent the organization in industry forums.
Partner with business, quality, legal, supply chain, R&D;, and global regulatory teams to support key business priorities.




Lead and develop a high-performing Regulatory Affairs & Product Safety team.

Desired Profile
15+ years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, Product Safety, or related functions.
Robust knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks applicable to nutrition, consumer products, cosmetics, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
Proven experience managing regulatory strategy, market access, compliance governance, and external stakeholder engagement.
Robust leadership, business partnering, and stakeholder management skills.
