Roles and Responsibility
Manage project schedules and ensure timely completion of construction projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
