Role & responsibilities
Implement and monitor site HSE plans, policies, and procedures.
Ensure safety during tower foundation, erection, and conductor stringing activities.
Monitor work-at-height, electrical safety, lifting, and rigging operations.
Implement PTW, HIRA, JSA, and risk control measures.
Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and toolbox talks.
Ensure PPE compliance and protected working practices.
Investigate incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
Manage emergency response and tower rescue preparedness.
Monitor subcontractor safety performance and statutory compliance.
Coordinate with clients and project teams to achieve project safety targets.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma or bachelors degree in electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related.
Recognized qualification in Industrial Safety / Occupational Health and Safety.
ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety) from MSBTE (Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education).
