Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Executives to join our retail team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand their needs and preferences.
Assist customers in selecting suitable eyewear products, including frames, sunglasses and lenses.
Explain product features, specifications, pricing and offers.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle billing, order processing and product demonstrations.
Maintain store displays, product arrangements and visual merchandising standards.
Support inventory management and daily store operations.

Candidate Requirements




Minimum 1 year of experience in Retail Sales / Customer Service preferred.
Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also apply.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Presentable, confident and enthusiastic personality.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
