Key Responsibilities:
Lead packaging development projects from concept to commercialization (primary & secondary packaging).
Drive process improvements, cost-effective solutions, and reduction of customer complaint.
Oversee prototype development, machine/material feasibility, costing, stability, and commercial trials.
Lead a team to deliver packaging documents, artworks, and ensure compliance with timelines.
Collaborate with SCM, QA, QC, RA, Production, Marketing, Sales & external vendors/labs.
Manage vendor qualification, SOPs, CAD/SolidWorks drawings, QC release parameters.
Support current product launches with cutting-edge and secure packaging solutions.
