We are looking for a energetic and customer-focused Assistant Sales Manager to support daily store operations, achieve sales targets, and lead the store team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily store operations and sales activities.
Drive sales and achieve store targets.
Supervise, motivate, and manage store staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
Monitor inventory, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Manage billing, cash handling, and store documentation.
Ensure store hygiene, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
Support the Store Manager in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements:
25 years of experience in retail/store operations, with solid communication, leadership, customer service, and sales skills.
