We are hiring Senior / Staff Software Engineers for a major client in the Crypto & Financial Services domain.

Location: Bangalore, India

Experience: 10–15 Years

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and maintain compliance and business-development web applications, including AML case review tools and CRM platforms.

The role involves owning features end-to-end across frontend development and server-side APIs, while working directly with business stakeholders and collaborating with a globally distributed team across Europe and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
Own features end-to-end, from frontend implementation to backend API development.
Build compliance, AML case management, and CRM applications.
Collaborate directly with onshore clients and non-technical stakeholders.
Design secure database schemas and implement access-control mechanisms.
Work independently and contribute to product and technical decisions.
Support asynchronous collaboration across multiple time zones.

Technical Requirements :




Experience with Next.js Server Actions.
Strong knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cloud SQL.
Expertise in database schema design.
Hands-on experience with Row-Level Security (RLS) and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
Experience implementing SSO integrations, preferably Okta.
Experience with GitHub and Vercel CI/CD.
Proficiency in using AI coding agents such as Claude Code.
Experience integrating LLM APIs (OpenAI / Anthropic) into backend services. Solid hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.

Positive to Have:
Experience with BigQuery and Looker.
Domain experience in AML, KYC, Financial Crime, or Compliance.
Exposure to Crypto or Financial Services applications.

Candidate Expectations:
10–15 years of solid software engineering experience.
Proven track record of working directly with onshore clients.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong ownership, autonomy, and product engineering mindset.
Ability to work effectively with distributed teams across Europe and Asia.
