Sales Executive – Commercial Interior Fit-Out

Job Summary

Creatabar Interior Architect is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and develop client relationships in the commercial interior fit-out sector.

Candidates with previous experience in interior design or commercial interior fit-out sales are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.
Connect with corporate offices, retail businesses, and other potential commercial clients.
Follow up on inquiries and convert prospective clients into business opportunities.
Arrange client meetings, presentations, and project site visits.
Understand client requirements and present suitable interior fit-out solutions.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Coordinate with design, estimation, and project teams for proposals and quotations.
Negotiate with clients and follow up on proposals and project approvals.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project.




Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain lead records, sales reports, and client communication details.
Submit daily sales updates to the internal team and Growthfather Team.
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, lead status, and business development activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
2–4 years of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in the interior design or interior fit-out industry is preferred.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Robust negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of lead generation and sales conversion.
Ability to coordinate with internal teams and manage multiple client requirements.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
