Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic IT Recruiter responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified IT professionals while working closely with hiring managers to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers
Manage candidate communication and ensure a smooth hiring experience
Negotiate salary and close positions within defined timelines
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Understand client requirements and align hiring strategies accordingly

Required Skills:
Solid understanding of IT roles and technologies
Experience in sourcing through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven setting
