The Sales Support Executive will provide end-to-end coordination and administrative support to the Business Development team, ensuring smooth sales operations, effective customer communication, accurate documentation, and timely deal closure.

Key Responsibilities
Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the Business Development team for smooth sales operations and deal closure.
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotations, follow-ups, and coordinating with clients.
Maintain and update sales-related documents, including contracts, quotations, and customer records.
Regularly update CRM systems and ensure accurate data management.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely service execution and resolve customer-related issues.
Handle client queries, provide regular updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.




Assist in preparing competitive pricing and maintaining updated market rates and pricing data.
Coordinate with the finance team for invoicing, payment follow-ups, and financial documentation.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to sales performance, business activities, and key metrics.
Ensure timely communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders across global time zones.
Maintain accuracy in documentation, reporting, and adherence to company policies and compliance requirements.

Solid MS Excel and documentation skills are essential.
