Possess 3+ years of relevant work experience in logistics planning
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a valuable understanding of M+H products and processes
Setup, review, and update Material Planning & Logistics Checklists at relevant gates (xSEP).
Plan and coordinate trial production to ensure delivery of pre-series parts.
Define logistics concepts, including packaging, transport, and material flow.
Calculate logistics costs for handling, warehousing, and transport.
Support layout planning for new production lines considering logistics aspects.
Define packaging definitions for WIP and purchased components for current projects.
Ensure all demands in SAP (EDI, Portal, Internal requests, paper orders) are considered in planning; minimum visibility is expected if not available, which the Program Manager must provide.
Communicate with purchasing to assure availability of purchased components for internal and external needs.
Plan production of in-house components to ensure on-time delivery and assure internal transport of purchased parts to pre-series production stock.




Ensure POs and pre-series production trials, IPTs, or other production runs are properly planned in SAP and production plans.
Assure availability of purchased parts and WIP parts for production runs and standard or alternative packaging.
Maintain and update all information and documents relevant to the processes in the M+H document management system (CDB) during project phases.
Report Project Maturity Confirmation (PMC) at relevant gates and receive approval from the Manager.
Contribute to project success by attending project team meetings regularly, reporting status, and cooperating with other team members.

Job Requirements
A university degree or relevant education in Business Administration with specialization in Logistics is required.
Possess 3+ years of relevant work experience in logistics planning.
Demonstrate customer and supplier orientation, organization and coordination skills, self-initiative, and the ability to work under pressure.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and a valuable understanding of M+H products and processes.
Be knowledgeable in relevant IT tools (MS Office, SAP, etc.) and relevant norms/standards.
