Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with vendor coordination, quotation preparation, pricing, and order management.

Key: This is a Sales Support and Vendor Coordination role, not a field sales position. The role primarily involves vendor communication, quotation preparation, pricing, and order follow-ups.

Candidates with experience in sales support, procurement, purchase coordination, or vendor management are encouraged to apply.

Key Skills Required
Positive communication skills in English and Tamil; Kannada and Hindi are an advantage, as required
Strong follow-up with Sales Team & Customers
Sales Order Processing, Quotation, Invoice Coordination




CRM handling & Daily Sales Report preparation
Client relationship & Customer support
Good at coordination between Sales, Logistics & Accounts team

Roles and Responsibilities
Support sales team in day-to-day activities
Maintain sales data, reports and customer database
Coordinate with Vendors for prices, follow-up
Prepare quotations, sales orders and track order status
Handle vendor queries

Experience
1–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or Inside Sales.
Freshers with an MBA and good communication skills may also be considered.
Experience in handling sales orders, coordination, and client follow-ups is preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
