Job Summary

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience in Agile project management and knowledge of the Life Sciences domain.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
Facilitate sprint execution and ensure timely delivery.
Remove blockers and support the development team.
Coordinate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance.
Ensure Agile and Scrum best practices are followed.
Support projects related to Life Sciences, Pharma, or Healthcare.

Required Skills




5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
Sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder coordination.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Life Sciences / Pharma / Healthcare domain experience.

Positive to Have
CSM / PSM certification.
Experience in clinical trials, drug development, R&D;, or regulatory projects.
Knowledge of GxP, FDA, and compliance processes.
