We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with solid exposure to Production Support, ITIL/ITSM processes, incident management, and monitoring tools.

Key Responsibilities
Provide Salesforce application and production support.
Handle incidents, service requests, changes, and problem management activities.
Coordinate with end users and stakeholders to resolve production issues.
Conduct bridge calls, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and participate in post-mortem discussions.
Monitor application performance using tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace.
Work with Jenkins, CI/CD, and XLR tools for automation and deployment activities.
Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents.
Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve application reliability.
Follow SRE practices and identify prospects for automation and continuous improvement.
