Experience & Required Skills
3–4 years of relevant experience in CSR, social development or community engagement.
Experience in implementing CSR projects in infrastructure, EPC, power, renewable energy or manufacturing industries.
Solid understanding of community development and stakeholder engagement.
Knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013 – Section 135 and applicable CSR Rules.
Experience in NGO management, project monitoring and impact assessment.
Valuable communication, coordination, documentation and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel to project sites and remote locations.

Preferred Candidate

Profile
Candidates with hands-on experience in CSR implementation at project sites will be preferred.




Experience working with local communities, Gram Panchayats, NGOs and government authorities.
Exposure to rural development, livelihood generation, healthcare and education initiatives.
