Ensuring no delay in machine development due to material unavailability.
Ensuring no mismatch between inventory of system & physical stock.
Kaizens for reducing material lead time and costing.
Role & responsibilities
Capturing the all required Items for a machine development.
Getting Quotation from suppliers, Indent Preparation in system.
Follow up & coordination with suppliers to get on time delivery.
Periodically inventory of physical material stock.
Material issuance to shop floor as per requirement.
