Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
Identify current B2B customers, including jewellery retailers and wholesalers.
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and business development activities.
Generate leads, negotiate commercial terms, and convert enquiries into orders.
Coordinate with production, accounts, and management teams for smooth order execution.
Experience in B2B sales, jewellery retail/wholesale networks, and customer relationship management is preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
