Job Details

The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating revenue for Bengal Business Council through sponsorships, event participation, stall bookings, advertising opportunities and other approved commercial activities of the organisation.

The role requires active business development, relationship management, lead generation, negotiation, conversion and systematic follow-up with prospective and existing clients, sponsors, advertisers and business stakeholders.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Management will be an advantage.




Prior experience in sales, business development, event sales, sponsorship sales, media sales or B2B sales preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
Robust follow-up discipline and result orientation.
Valuable working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and basic CRM or sales-tracking systems.
Ability to work with targets, deadlines and multiple stakeholders.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
