A. PROFILE OF THE JOB HOLDER
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
PLC & Drives Programming mandatory, (Siemens and Mitsubishi) is preferred.
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision.
knowledge on digitalization.
Energy management system
Basic knowledge of Net working
Willing to work in Shifts.

B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling of shifts and Manpower management.
Ensure effective & reliable operation of power plant, Distribution.
Continuous improvement.
Ensure maximization of predictive and preventive maintenance and reduction in down time.
Achieve positive trend in MTTR & MTBF.
Plan for Channel closure and Annual shutdown activities of factory.
Knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic Circuits, Modifications.
PLC Programming Siemens and Mitsubishi (Mandatory) and trouble shooting.
Knowledge about Digitalization, Power BI, Kepware, Data analytics.
Corrections related to process capability study.
Spares Management - Vendor development, sourcing equivalent substitute, maintaining stock.
Support SKF Production System deployment - 5S, KAIZEN and other lean tools, practices.
