Manage daily facility management operations across multiple client locations.
Monitor housekeeping, technical, security, and other facility management services.
Handle manpower planning, deployment, attendance, and workforce management.
Coordinate with site managers, supervisors, and team leaders to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain solid client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor service quality, operational performance, and SLA compliance.
Prepare and review operational reports, MIS, and performance reports.
Control operational costs and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Handle client complaints, escalations, and resolve operational issues.
Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and company policies.
Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews.
Support business growth, renewals, and current project mobilization.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
