Role Overview: We are seeking a highly driven Senior Business Development Manager to actively drive US market expansion, secure strategic partnerships, and execute high-impact go-to-market strategies. This is a player-coach role for someone with hands-on experience generating high-quality leads and building a high-performing business development team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target new markets to drive growth, building a strong pipeline of opportunities in the US drug discovery and development sector.
Lead the end-to-end process of forming high-impact strategic partnerships and executing contracts.
Generate high-quality leads and collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are converted into significant deals.
Build, manage, and coach a results-oriented business development team.




Implement GTM strategies for current product launches or market expansion initiatives.

Required Qualifications
6–8 years in business development within pharma, biotech, SaaS, or technology solutions.
At least 5 years of experience specifically in drug discovery and development is a major plus.
Proven track record of driving new business growth and penetrating recent markets (specifically the US market).
Experience driving discussions with C-level executives.
