Job Title: Academic Counsellor

Location: Mankavu, Kozhikode

Job Summary

We are hiring a energetic and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our growth team in Kozhikode. In this role, you will serve as a dedicated educational advisor—engaging with prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, recommending suitable programs, and driving course enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion & Sales: Connect with prospective students via phone and WhatsApp to introduce relevant courses and convert leads into enrollments.
Counseling & Career Guidance: Evaluate students' academic backgrounds and goals to recommend tailored programs, address queries, and handle objections effectively.
Pipeline & CRM Maintenance: Track and manage leads, schedule timely follow-ups, and update outreach and conversion data in CRM tools and MS Excel.




Target Management: Consistently achieve daily call targets, maintain high communication standards, and meet monthly enrollment quotas.

Requirements
Education: Graduate degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Languages: Native/fluent proficiency in Malayalam with working fluency in English.
Experience: Prior background in educational counseling, inside sales, telesales, or business development (preferred).
Core Competencies: Excellent verbal communication, robust closing capabilities, target-driven mindset, and basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
