Job Title: Sales Executive / Sales Person – Agricultural Implements & Tractor Attachments

About the Role

We are a growing manufacturer of high-quality tractor loaders, tractor hydraulic (Hydra) machines, post hole diggers, and a wide range of agricultural implements. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Person to drive sales in the Hyderabad region and surrounding markets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business by identifying and approaching tractor dealers, agricultural equipment dealers, farmers, and contractors.
Promote and sell our complete range of products: Tractor Loaders, Tractor Hydra Machines, Post Hole Diggers, and other agricultural implements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and dealers.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features, benefits, and applications to customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Collect market feedback and competitor information and report to the management.
Prepare sales reports, quotations, and follow up on leads and enquiries.
Coordinate with the factory/production team for timely delivery and after-sales support.

Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in agricultural machinery, tractor attachments, or related equipment).
Good knowledge of the agriculture and tractor industry is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel within Hyderabad and nearby districts.
Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
