Responsibilities
B2B SaaS / Fintech sales role with an individual contributor focus
End-to-end sales ownership including lead generation, proposal creation, client calls, negotiations, and closures
Create compelling sales pitches and customized enterprise solutions (including LOS/LMS, POS solutions, prepaid cards, payment solutions, and merchant acquiring services) to drive solution-based closures
Lead the customer journey from first interaction through contract signing and implementation
Target medium and large corporates across sectors such as education, e-commerce, logistics, large retail chains, eatery chains, home delivery businesses, utility payments, POS aggregators, dairy, government, insurance, and telecom
Own and achieve monthly self-revenue targets by defining and executing sales strategies
Manage and defend existing accounts by delivering exceptional account management and customer experience

Requirements
Robust people management and stakeholder handling skills




Highly customer-centric with a solid sense of ownership and self-leadership
Comfortable working with numbers and consistently achieving business targets
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to perform under pressure in a quick-paced startup environment
Strong interpersonal skills, high integrity, adaptability to change, and a creative sales mindset
Prior experience in Payments / Fintech / Merchant Acquiring companies (with exposure to LOS/LMS, POS, prepaid cards, or related payment solutions) is preferred
Demonstrated understanding of basic troubleshooting concepts and techniques
