Teller
Handle daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, cheque processing, and balance enquiries with accuracy and speed.
Maintain strict adherence to KYC, operational guidelines, cash limits, and audit compliance.
Deliver courteous, effective counterlevel service while resolving customer queries related to cash and basic account services.
Ensure errorfree cash tallying, branch vault management support, and timely reporting of discrepancies.
Promote digital banking, assist customers with basic product information, and support branch service initiatives.
