Job Summary To ensure compliance of GMP & HACCP requirements as per the quality management system.
Responsibilities
Quality Certification documentations for BRC / FSSC 22000
Responsible for monitoring and product food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
Complete all FSSAI formalities and documentations.
Conducting the Training Programs for employees, pertaining to quality implementation, Personal hygiene & compliance on Food Safety and HACCP
Responsible to ensure employees are following all food safety and worker safety practices.
Reporting deviations to QA Lead to regularize and continual improvement of the process and system.
Responsible for product sampling and Quality Analysis and Chemical test.
Making COA and final dispatch documentation.
