Roles and Responsibilities Resident Doctor (ICU Experience)
Assess, diagnose, and manage patients in the emergency department, wards, and ICU under the supervision of senior consultants.
Monitor critically ill patients, including vital signs, oxygen saturation, and clinical condition.
Assist in ICU patient management, ventilator monitoring, and emergency resuscitation.
Support the management of critical care cases, medical emergencies, and post-operative patients.
Perform basic clinical procedures and assist with intubation, central line placement, and other emergency interventions as per competency.
Coordinate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare specialists to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain patient records, progress notes, treatment charts, and discharge summaries.
Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in night shifts and rotational duties.
Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile

Preferred candidate: MBBS/BHMS/BAMS-qualified Resident Doctor with prior ICU or critical care experience, sound clinical knowledge, and the ability to handle emergency cases.
