About the Role

We are looking for candidates with experience in Call Centres, Contact Centres, or BPO operations to join a leading IT organization in Kochi.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer and transaction-related queries efficiently.
Communicate with customers and stakeholders professionally.
Process requests accurately and resolve pending issues.
Maintain quality, productivity, and SLA standards.
Identify and resolve processing errors and exceptions.




Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline or equivalent experience.
Prior experience in a Call Centre, Contact Centre, or BPO process is required.
Robust verbal and written English communication skills.
Valuable customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Willingness to work in rotational US night shifts.
Immediate joiners preferred.
