EXPERIENCE PROFILE Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Commerce or a related discipline; an MBA / postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain or Materials Management is preferred.

Minimum 15 years of relevant procurement experience, including meaningful exposure to indirect materials and services in a manufacturing or industrial workplace.

Demonstrated experience in cost analysis, supplier negotiation, alternate-vendor development, supplier performance management, inventory control and ERP-based purchasing.

Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance, EHS and other internal stakeholders.
