Roles and Responsibilities
Provide desktop support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Configure current desktops, install operating systems (Windows), and perform basic networking tasks.
Troubleshoot printers, Outlook configuration, and other peripherals related issues.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as disk space monitoring, backup verification, and antivirus updates.
Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
