About the Role

Edushala is looking for an energetic, confident and people-oriented professional to manage student admissions, parent consultations, client relationships and support recruitment activities.

This is an opportunity for someone with robust communication skills, a result-oriented mindset and the ambition to grow into a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities
Admissions & Counselling (Primary Responsibility)
Handle admission inquiries and counsel prospective parents and students.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable tutoring solutions.
Convert qualified inquiries into successful admissions through effective communication and follow-ups.




Maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Client Relations & Coordination
Handle parent inquiries, concerns and service-related communication.
Coordinate with tutors, parents and internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and a positive client experience.

Who Can Apply?
Freshers and candidates with 1–5 years of experience.
Someone with Real experience in Education Domain
Solid communication, convincing and interpersonal skills.
Confident in interacting with parents and clients.
Valuable follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Candidate with Vehicle | His visit will get schedule for high Ticket Prospects

What We Offer
Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
We may offer ESOPS
Additional performance-based incentives.
