Perform hands-on, in office troubleshooting, service and repairs
Provide technical support to external customers at their location
Provide on-site training to the customers
Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
Converting customers from warranty to AMC and retain them Selling spares to customers not in contract




Repair and service jobs for the customers not in contact
Creating value added solutions for old systems by way revamp and retrofit
Misc. other duties commensurate with the capabilities of a Service Engineer
