Role Overview Executive (Branch Office) - Band E

Reporting To: Team Leader

Responsibilities
Would be efficiently handling CRM tool for service related works
Attending walking customers and fulfilling their IT products replacement needs
Efficiently managing Inventory of all IT hardware products
Would be informing the okhla head office incase of buffer stock replenishment
Would be responsible for handling other adhoc service related works and accomplishing the asked tasks on time to time basis
