Financial Planning &

Prepare financial statements, ensure adherence to laws/regulations, manage audits, and maintain internal controls.
Cash Flow &
Investments:

Monitor cash flow, evaluate investment opportunities, and manage capital deployment.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement strategies to minimize them.
Team Leadership: Supervise finance/accounting staff, set goals, and foster career development.
Strategic Guidance: Partner with senior management to provide financial insights for decision-making and long-term planning.

Essential Skills &
Qualifications
Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; often a Master's.
Experience: Proven track record as a Financial Manager or senior accountant.
Technical Skills: Robust knowledge of accounting principles, financial software (SAP, QuickBooks), and tax laws.
Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
