We are hiring Business Systems Analysts for our ServiceNow team. You will support the ServiceNow inventory (Discovery and Asset Management) and contribute to ServiceNow projects across the organization. The role bridges business needs and technical solutions on the platform.

Roles & Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations, with a focus on inventory discovery and inventory management
Work with stakeholders to translate business processes into technical specifications
Support the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and IT strategy
Take part in agile ceremonies: daily scrums, sprint planning, and backlog grooming
Create and maintain process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
Run gap analysis between current and future state processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and automation
Assist in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, particularly Asset Management and Discovery
Facilitate workshops with business users to elicit requirements and validate solutions
Support UAT and train end users on new functionality
Work with developers and architects to deliver projects successfully




Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements
Keep up with ServiceNow releases and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience
4 to 6 years as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably in ITSM/ITAM/ITOM environments
3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
Solid understanding of the ITIL framework and IT service management processes
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to turn complex business requirements into explicit technical specifications
Experience with process mapping and documentation
Familiarity with agile methodology and tools like JIRA
Skilled in reports, presentations, and technical documentation
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Previous MNC background preferred.

Good to Have
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certifications
Experience in the financial services or insurance industry
Understanding of IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC)
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
