Solutions Manager-Affluent

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive CMS business across affluent and emerging customer segments.
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in acquiring recent clients and enhancing existing relationships.
Achieve targets related to fee income, liabilities, and product penetration.
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing client base

Client Solutioning & Engagement
Understand customer requirements and provide end-to-end CMS solutions.
Design customized solutions across:
Collections
Payments
Liquidity Management
Digital Banking Services
Participate in customer meetings and presentations with RMs.
Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of solution

Product & Process Management
Coordinate with Product, Operations, and Technology teams for execution.
Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and internal guidelines.
Promote digital adoption and automation solutions.




Resolve client servicing issues within defined turnaround times

Work closely with:
Branch Banking Teams
Affluent/Business Banking Relationship Managers
CMS & Product Teams
Operations & Implementation Teams
Act as the single point of contact for CMS-related solutioning.

Market Intelligence & Strategy
Track industry trends and competitor offerings.
Provide feedback for product enhancements.
Identify emerging prospects within affluent and SME segments.
