Preferred candidate profile
Solid knowledge of gold valuation and appraisal techniques, purity testing, weight assessment, deductions, and net gold calculation.
Ability to identify counterfeit, plated, adulterated, hollow, solder-heavy, and suspicious gold ornaments.
Experience in independent appraisal, dual appraisal, maker-checker controls, discrepancy resolution, and exception escalation.
Robust understanding of Gold Loan products, branch operations, and customer acquisition practices.
Understanding of KYC, AML, fraud prevention, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Sales execution, branch productivity, and collection management capabilities.
