Hiring: Sous Chef – Asian Cuisine

Position: Sous Chef
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Specialise in Asian cuisine and ensure food quality and consistency.
Manage and supervise kitchen staff.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen standards.
Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and execution.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role.
Solid knowledge of Asian cuisine.
Excellent leadership and kitchen management skills.
