Role & responsibilities
Independently oversee residential villas, independent houses, and commercial building construction projects.
Supervise RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing works.
Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately.
Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, contractor measurements, and running bills.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
Monitor daily construction progress, manpower allocation, and material consumption.
Plan construction schedules and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality and safety standards.
Identify technical issues and resolve site execution challenges.
Maintain site reports, measurement books, material reconciliation, and project documentation.




Coordinate material requirements and procurement with the management team.

Preferred candidate profile Candidates with prior experience in Hyderabad's residential construction industry.
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential or commercial building construction experience.
Robust knowledge of RCC construction, structural drawings, BOQs, estimation, and billing.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Experience handling G+2, G+3, and villa construction projects preferred.
Ability to independently supervise multiple construction sites.
Excellent leadership, contractor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
